The warranty service of the goods we sell is provided by UAB IT MEDIA at the address Minijos st. 2-202, 1 Corps. Phone 8-606-24534. We remind you that all products have a 12 or 24 month warranty (depending on the product). The product's warranty period is always indicated on the purchase invoice.
Warranty obligations are valid only if there is no fault of the user. Each sold item has a unique serial number (Service Tag), which determines the warranty period. Product return:
The return of a defective product is carried out based on the "Rules for Returning and Exchange of Items", approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of June 29, 2001. If you think that the product is of poor quality, deliver the product to UAB IT MEDIA at Minijos St. 2-202, 1 Building Tel 8-606-24534.
After the service confirms that the product is of inadequate quality due to the fault of the manufacturer, that is, unspecified damages caused by improper use by the buyer, damage, unchanged parts, the serial number of the purchased and returned product matches, etc., we undertake to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of adequate quality at our own expense or return it money paid for the product.
Quality product return
It is carried out based on the "Rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication", approved by Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of August 17, 2001. You can return a quality product within 7 working days from the day of delivery of the product, if:
The product is in neat, original packaging.
The appearance of the product packaging has not changed substantially (labels intact, protective film not torn, etc.)
The product has not been used and/or damaged.
The product is complete with all documentation attached by the manufacturer.
